Strength and Wellness Training 101 is a class designed for youth ages 12 to 15 that offers general guidelines on how to use fitness equipment. Taught by Cody Harris, Fitness Supervisor, the class focuses on the fundamentals of weight training and fitness programming and includes basic information on nutritional values and dietary meal plans.
Upon completetion of the program, the youth will be issued a bar code and be allowed to workout at the LWC without being accompanied by an adult. Cost of the class is $30.
