The fitness area of the Lifetime Wellness Center is designed for you to be able to achieve your fitness and health goals. We offer a wide variety of cardiovascular, and strength exercise machines. No matter whether you are a beginner or advance exerciser we have the equipment for you. If you don’t know what you are looking for there is always a knowledgeable staff member on the fitness floor to guide you in the right direction. If you are completely new to exercise start today with an orientation with one of our Fit-Pros to get you started on the right foot.
