Fashion Show Raises Money for Forever Young Club, Lunch N Learn

Fashion Show models showcased back-to-school clothing from Pre-K through 12th grade

The Forever Young Club and Lunch N Learn joined forces to present the Lifetime Wellness Center’s first Back-to-School Fashion Show on July 28. The project had a two-fold purpose, to showcase the latest in back-to-school clothing and to raise money for Forever Young and Lunch N Learn projects and programs. A total of $877 was raised and will be divided among the two groups.

The planing committee consisted of Shirleen Sult, Senior Advisor Deana Landers, Health Education Specialist; Colleen Hawkins, Director of Programs; Lynn Pease; Marge Pease; David Brooks; Marvin Leslie; Carolyn Mitchem; Shirley Starkey; Patricia Crvich; Crystal Dixon; Betty Clatterbuck; Eva Hutton; Rebecca Bandy; and Jane McGhee. Announcers for the event were Vince Groseclose and Susan Sneed. Models were Carmen Gaver, Courtney Morgan, Missy Johnson, Hannah Reedy, Cameron Billings, Lynsey Blevins, Ariel Harris, Kaylee Poston, Rhiannon Haga, Hannah Manns, Hadassah Ngudie, Chris Brooks, Mason Blevins, Tye Blevins, Jason Wright, Chase Lewis, Jude Ngudie, Jacob Poston, Brayden Widener, Isaiah Manns, and Brigham Blevins. Participating sponsors included Walmart, Cato, Peebles/Goody’s, Ernie Sullins Clothing Outlet, T & T Sporting Goods, Donna’s Alterations, Missy’s Sun Salon, and Initials, Inc.
